play parks and areas cape town

With so much of the latest technology being so easily accessible to kids these days and them mastering these devices by age four already, keeping them entertained can sometimes be a bit of a challenge; especially when choosing an activity for a day out!

Getting them out of the house and away from the screens is not only useful for tuning those fine motor skills but these activities also expose them to new environments and to deal with different types of challenges. Not to mention getting some fresh air into their developing lungs!

This was the inspiration in compiling this list of play parks and play areas for kids to go buck wild in a safe environment in the greater Cape Town area. Parents can join too, or grab a cuppa at the local cafe and just unwind! Pick and choose your activities to keep the kids busy during school holidays, birthday parties or just a spontaneous day out.
