Our boxing fitness classes are perfect for kids, teens, and adults (5 years and up). These non-contact sessions focus on improving fitness, boosting confidence, and making fitness fun for all. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or looking to take your training to the next level, our coaches will support you every step of the way. Unsure if Punch Perfect is a good fit? Our structured program caters to all ages, from kids as young as 5 to adults, ensuring every participant gets the most out of their session. Each 30-minute (kids/teens) or 45-minute (adults) class includes: A fun and engaging warm-up Boxing techniques for safety and skill-building Cardio exercises and interactive games (for kids and teens) or HIIT and strength exercises (for adults) Team-building activities (for kids and teens) to foster friendships and collaboration Cool-down / mindfulness to leave you feeling calm, focused, and recharged
