I am a registered Marriage Officer with Home Affairs and an ordained Minister. Let me officiate at your wedding, willing to travel at extra cost. Fees: Paperwork submissions on your behalf at Home Affairs is R1900 Officiating at your wedding as a Minister during an exchanging of vows is R1600. All rates excludes travelling costs.
