Embedded Web Tools For Better Content Marketing

Content marketing in combination with SEO has become a powerful tool for many businesses and opened up a whole new profitable industry for content creators from all over the world.
Having a great content marketing strategy tailored to the right audience is essential if you want to get the most out of your efforts.
However merely putting text on a webpage with a few images isn't enough anymore if you really want to get the full value of the content you're creating.
One way of enhancing your content is using alternative media, but this can become a pain if you have to embed it yourself. Thankfully there are tools out there that you can tap into and use their tech to embed media files onto your site.
This can be done simply by being an active member of their services and syndicating your content on these sites. Once you've done that you'll be able to embed your new files onto any webpage using a simple iframe script. This will help improve your contents reach and drive more direct referral traffic.
What are embedding tools
An embedded tool allows you to host different files or types of multimedia on a sperate site or platform and then through an iFrame you may insert that file, or embed into the second Web page.
This includes files like video, images, presentations, surveys and of course sound files. If you're looking to start hosting multiple media formats on your site you then you may want to consider using the following options.

You may have heard about SoundCloud which allows users to upload and share music with everyone. Although it is primarily targeted towards musicians, it can be an excellent service to host your podcasts, sound bite, interview, transcribed blog post or audio tutorials.

Mixcloud is a British online music streaming service that allows for the listening and distribution of radio shows, DJ mixes and podcasts, which are crowdsourced by its registered user

YouTube
YouTube is a free video sharing website that makes it easy to watch online videos. You can even create and upload your own videos to share with others.
Initially built in 2005, YouTube is now one of the most popular sites on the Web, with visitors watching around 6 billion hours of video every month.
Vimeo
Vimeo is a video-sharing website in which users can upload, share and view videos. It was the first video sharing site to support high-definition video.
Wistia
Wistia Inc. is an internet video hosting and analytics company that was founded in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2006 by Brown University graduates Chris Savage and Brendan Schwartz. It aimed to help filmmakers collaborate remotely online
Dtube is a video upload platform that runs on the Steemit platform and blockchain. Content creators upload videos to a channel. Dtube is structured very much like a YouTube alternative.

To embed a Facebook post, you will need to:
- Navigate to the post you want the embed code of.
- Click the download downward facing arrow icon in the top right corner of the post.
- Click Embed post.
- A pop-up window with the embed code will open. Click Copy code.
Alternatively, you can use the embed post generator with Facebook Developer tools
To embed a tweet, you will need to:
- Navigate to the post you want the embed code of.
- Click the More icon in the top right corner of the post.
- Click Embed Tweet.
- A pop-up window with the embed code will open. Copy the code.
To embed an Instagram post you will need to:
- Navigate to the post you want the embed code of.
- Click the .... icon
- Click Embed.
- A pop-up window with the embed code will open. Click Copy code.
To embed a Linkedin post, you will need to:
- Navigate to the post you want the embed code of.
- Click the More icon in the top right corner of the post.
- Click Embed this post.
- A pop-up window with the embed code will open. Click Copy code.
- You will receive a notification in the bottom left corner of your screen telling you that the code has been copied to your clipboard.
- Close the Embed this post-pop-up window.

Using embedded tools will not only improve the quality and engagement of your content, but it can also lead to increased traffic. Using sites like YouTube which already has a large % of the worlds daily traffic can help you drive referrals traffic from the platform and help you build a new social following on your channel.
