Herbs to detox your body

In case you didn't know, you can use spices and herbs with natural healing properties to improve your immunity by detoxifying your body. You don't have to go through expensive detox treatments when all you need to keep yourself healthy is right in front of you. However, your body also needs proper sustenance, and a balanced diet is the best way to help your system get rid of the nasty toxins. With that in mind, let's see what five herbs you can use to detox your body.

1. Cilantro

We live in a world plagued with pollution, manufactured products, pharmaceuticals, and things that pollute our air, water, and food. Because of this, our body is exposed to many harmful elements like heavy metals. When the accumulation of these harmful elements reaches toxic levels, it starts creating chronic conditions followed by a wide range of symptoms.

You can treat these symptoms and conditions with natural cleansing agents, and cilantro is one of the most effective agents that can help you win the detox fight. It binds to toxic elements, loosening them so that you can take them out of your system more efficiently.

Cilantro is a popular herb and a spice that is used with many different kinds of food. Include cilantro-rich dishes in your balanced diet.

2. Turmeric

Turmeric comes from the ginger family of plants and is known for its magical properties all over the world. It has been used in medicine since ancient times. Aside from treating liver disorders and digestion, turmeric is rich in curcumin, a powerful phytochemical component with incredible medical properties.

Curcumin helps the production of bile in the gallbladder, and this bile is an excellent eliminator of toxins in your body, most notably, the liver. It breaks down harmful compounds and rejuvenates cells.

Aside from that, curcumin is also a powerful anti-oxidant with amazing anti-inflammatory effects. For the most health benefit, it's best to buy a dietary supplement rich in turmeric.

3. Kratom

Kratom has an incredible detox effect on the human body. It helps rebalance brain chemistry and aids in the removal of toxins from your system. However, this is a powerful drug, and dosage tapering is needed to wean off the substance. That means that you should only use kratom in carefully dosed amounts to minimize cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

That way, you can enjoy full medical benefits without causing any disturbance to the brains' chemistry. It's also recommended that you use dietary supplements and alternative medications in combination with kratom to achieve a full body detox effect.

Before you decide to start using kratom, you should talk to your doctor first. This is only to make sure that it's safe for you to use it as a detox, along with other supplements and medications. Since it takes time for the brain chemistry to return to normal, you'll probably have to use kratom for some time to achieve that detox effect you want.

4. Red clover

Red clover can be used in many different variations, including topical products, capsules, tinctures, and teas. It's an excellent herb for supporting liver function. Aside from that, red clover is an effective diuretic, while its healing properties stimulate bile production in the gallbladder.

Regular consumption of red clover helps the body get rid of any excess fluids and cleanse the blood. It's also extremely rich in water-soluble compounds called isoflavones that promote the production of estrogen and improve menopause symptoms, heart health, and circulation.

5. Dandelion

Dandelion has many healing properties that can help improve your overall health, especially when it comes to gallbladder and liver function. This natural diuretic is extremely rich in vitamins K, D, C, B6, and A. It's also loaded with valuable minerals like zinc, potassium, and iron, and it contains high levels of beta carotene.

Every part of this fantastic, healthy plant is edible. Flowers, leaves, and roots are used for therapeutic purposes. The most recommended way of using dandelion for detoxification is to consume it as a tea.

With these all-natural yet quite powerful detox treatments, you'll quickly get your body feeling strong and healthy. Just remember to use them as an addition to a balanced diet and increased physical activity for the best results.
